The international gastronomic festival, which is held in Samarkand on the initiative of the Ministry of Tourism and cultural heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Regional Municipality and the Culinary Association of Uzbekistan, has come to an end.
The dishes of the national and World peoples, prepared by the participants of the Festival, were judged by the judges, and the most skillful chefs were recognized. In particular, the judges recognized the dishes prepared by the teams of the restaurants "ZARAFSHAN" in Navoi region, "Registan" in Samarkand, and the jury invited the chefs of the restaurant "Zarafshan" to the international gastronomic festival in Turkey.
